# Can I use signNow for word documents.

Can I use signNow to sign word document files. In addition the document comes out as not a jpeg file.

That's a great question, many thanks for this!
And yes, you can upload both doc and docx in signNow. And also photos of your documents, just in case. Many people also do that.
Once you edited the documents and e-signed it, the final result will be in PDF. I mean, once you choose to download and/or email the final copy, it would be saved as a PDF file.
