# Data Integrity

From what I know, SAP Business One is very flexible, like you can create supplier invoice from receiving data or Purchase Order data, but it there control that you can't create the same invoice from both and make a wrong redundant data ?

Yes you can restrict the user and  he can't create the invoice before the purchase order approved
