# How come it's harder to save and send things to other people now?

Because some many more people are working remotely and using personal internet access instead of from their place of business where security is much tighter,  more of the storage solutions have increased security and encryption practices to make it safer for everyone to use. 
This heightened security has also been added for sharing files and data,  including use of stronger passwords and tighter protocols for access to their sites. Even with all of improved security,  you need to be diligent and use strong passwords and change them frequently.
