WebPT Scheduler

Recently switched to WebPT - clinical documentation piece is great, industry supplemental information is great, but scheduler is horrible. Very inefficient, inherent conflicting fields, many features don't work properly, not user-friendly nor adequately customizable. Support is kind and tries to be helpful but we are tired of hearing "I understand your frustration with that", or "we hear that complaint a lot". I really need an honest answer whether there are any plans to repair, enhance or revamp the scheduler piece?
