# Are there any other application outside of Adobe that pair well with InDesign?

I use Adobe products as my main tools for design and development. I have all of the apps connected to each other and it makes everything so much simpler to work with. Outside of Adobe, however, I am limited in my connectivity. Are there any apps or programs you use to connect to InDesign or Adobe in general? And how do those programs fare against other Adobe products?

Personally I have switched completely to the Affinity Suite.  MUCH more affordable, for a non-pro in graphics design more intuitive - yet it is possible to Import InDesign or PDF Format. Many addons.  While this does not really answer your question - you seem to want to stick to Adobe - it nevertheless might be worth a look.   (https://affinity.serif.com/) .
