# Are there are plans to have the API for SAML feature added to the software right off the bat?

The reason for this is because it seems there may have been miscommunication from our third party vendor if it is supposed to be. Other than that I want to say we really love the product.

Hi Randy -  There is a small subscription cost for the API which does require an activation process by your Brivo Reseller.  Sounds like we need to make sure to train all of our partners on the process.  In the future we plan to have some service packages where functions like the API will be automatically enabled.
