# collecting day and month of client's birthday

We want to offer clients a special birthday promotion on the day of their birthday ( in-store freebie) We are building a campaign to collect this information from our client base. I'd like to send clients to a form which already has their FNAME and LNAME populated and only requires them to input their day and month. Ideally, this information would be channeled back to Campaigns as a response and could be further automated to then send them an automated email on the day of their birthday.

You can add a custom field for Date of Birth by clicking on Settings (bottom left of screen) and then adding a date field. As far as I am aware, Zoho doesn't provide field manipulation (i.e. joining fields and performing functions on them), so just capture their date of birth.

Then, in Automation, you can create an autoresponder that will email your customers on their birthday. Just select the Autoreponder based on Date Field.
