# How do I change a contact owner associated with a program in TargetX and how do I change an application term in the system (i.e. accepting applications for spring 2021)

We are losing our TargetX administrator at Hood College and I am only a user and I have questions about the following: how to change a contact owner in the system that is associated with a particular program (i.e. biomedical science), how to ensure applicants can apply for our counseling program for spring 2021 (right now it is only allowing applicants to select fall 2020).

USE Group Assignments to assign owners to a contact record with your applied logics
Create a Period deadline and add it to the Application forms which will be make the term available to the applicants.
