# Is there a shortcut or simple way to auto format code within Brackets?

One thing that I can't find is how to format code within Brackets. When it comes to pulling up JavaScript and CSS, I still cant figure out how to format the code to make it easier to work with. Are there any shortcuts to do this? Or am I missing it within the options?

I recommend an installing the extension called Beautify by Drew Hamlet. Then with a quick keyboard shortcut (ctrl+shift+L) it will format your code very nicely. Also make sure you have the correct file name extensions, because Brackets should be doing some formatting by default. So make sure your using .html .css. and .js for the appropriate files.
