# What is the roadmap to make it less more business user friendly and less technical.

I strongly believe that unlike SAP ERP process that are comparatively stable, MDM needs more flexibility for the business user to maintain as rules of business are too dynamic.The maintenance language and architecture must be simple like drag and drop configurations, common language rule engines etc.
