# Why is that if you don't upload First Name in the CSV, the contact loses its prior first name (becomes BLANK) when doing it

Is very inconvenient

Can't explain, but it's why I load the CSV with the email first, then the first name, then the last name.

It's a bug. Had same problem. AC service said they couldn't duplicate the error
