# Live Transcript

How does a Pro-user enable Live Transcript when conducting a Zoom meeting? I have seen it being used in Webinars.

Hi Ruth, the transcription feature is available with the Business level subscription.

If you are using SSO and the Chrome Zoom plugin, sometimes Zoom loses your identity and so the Record function is not activated.  Go into the extension, log out and then back in with your SSO. Then restart the meeting and the record button should be visible

Thanks for answering.  Are you aware of anything like Live Transcript that can be used with Zoom Pro Subscription?
