# How are you making your product more secure for schools to use? Will Zoom be free to education in the fall of 2020 since we more than likely will be doing school online?

We cannot have students exposed to people dropping in on meetings. I know some items have been implemented, but what can you say to parents that would guarantee their child's online protection?

Zoom would be beneficial, but our budgets are being cut drastically, even though we have to provide for cleaning supplies, extra transportation, extra teachers, adjusted schedules, etc. It would be nice for someone to allow us to use their product for free.

The way into any Zoom meeting is 2 ways:
1) the special URL link that has both Room ID and password encoded
2) Same Room ID and Password.

Zoom is already free as it is being used by our school organization. There is a paid version for Zoom but may not be needed because everything you need is right there in the free version.
