# How do I change my time zone

i have been trying to change my timezone for a while now because I live in the east coast and the time sometimes is the west coast. So I just want to ask what is the easiest way to change that without messing up anything.  Sometimes when I log in it is automatically on a different time zone which is very annoying

Time Zones are tricky, but not impossible.

From the browser, go to your Zoom settings.
Personal: Profile >> Date and Time: Press Édit link to make those changes.
