# What are the most common reactions you receive from prospects? Has anyone ever refused a gift?

Would like to know how well this product has been received by prospects/clients.

Typically prospects are pretty excited and surprised by their gifts, but we have had a few people refuse the gift due to legalities within their company. However, it does get them to interact with us in some way and occasionally take a meeting still.
