# what are the next steps in term of Data Controls ?

we need ability to control what data is maintained and deleted, and aging of data for example retention for the last year, this will have dramatic impact on the speed of the servers. i noticed the more user we add the slower the server is, since you charge per user model, the servers instance should be upgraded to match the number of users. add to that the amount of data store accumulating overtime

In the past few months, we have made significant improvements on the app and report performance and released improvements for Team Pulse, Top Sites and Top Apps reports. Over the next weeks, we will improve the performance of some of the most popular reports and features.
