# How do I customize the survey or questionnaire format?

Sometimes while preparing a survey, you have to be authentic while gathering customer feedback, so is there any options to customize the survey with a logo or with a custom header/footer, I need to make it looks real and authentic, which serves my purpose.

Hi Santosh, on premium plans in Hively you have many options to customise the rating page - you can change any of the colours to match your branding and you can add a background image with your branding or logos. A lot of our customers also use the user image to add a logo there too. You can also change any of the messaging  on the rating page to better reflect your company messaging. I hope this helps!
