# Have you used this solution for a customer? if yes, what sort of difficulties did you face?

Small, medium and big businesses have problems with their catalogs/SKUs in general, and in our case when we approach customers and try to show them how much they need their data to be organized and ready to be pulled any time, we face issues with them not appreciating it, not fully understand its importance and what sort of positive impact it would have on their business.
Side note: We are a specialized cataloging company

In these cases, it's important to paint the bigger picture of how inaccurate and incomplete product data impacts their bottom line.
