# How can I schedule my daily routine hourly (recurring) but not as due dates?

I want to schedule a task that has to be done on an hourly basis, daily (e.g. Mondays to Thursdays only, 2.30pm to 4.30pm). I want it to be shown in the daily calendar as an hourly task and not something that will be carried straight to the next day. Thank you.

The easiest way to do that is to set a template and use that. That way, each day that's the same, you see the same things. Depending on which version of ClickUp you have, you can also automate some of these things to make life easier on yourself. :)
