Our organization uses Google. Zoom integration was easy in the fact when I create a meeting, I know that it will appear on my Google Calendar. Once the meeting appears on my Calendar, I edit that Calendar invite to include everyone I need to see it. When I save my Calendar invite, everyone included receives the email invitation:
1) The Zoom link (Zoom URL / Meeting ID / Meeting password is all encrypted)
2) The title of the Meeting
3) If clicking links is not possible, participants will also see my Meeting ID and password in the NOTES section of the invitation.

To enter the meeting, those two things are needs: Meeting ID / Password.

Assuming the meeting has been created but not shared to others.
Accessing the Zoom platform, you can view upcoming Meetings.
Once there, you can COPY the invitation of that meeting and share the meeting info (Link / user id/ password) to others.
