Attitude of Pitcher Architects and PMs folks need serious review.

They are outright rude and need serious coaching on how to interact with clients.

For many people english is not their native language but still the attitude they show - they should have better diction ( example is aejampul as per learned folks of Pitcher - ed is pronounced EEDDD

For a humble person or well behaved person you can overlook but for condescending attitude they have they should have better quality in all departments.

And yes be thankful you have a job in Corona times..
