# how do I

send an automated email to the webinar attendees immediately after the webinar has ended to collect feedback on the webinar? At the moment, it appears I can only collect feedback at the registration stage before the webinar has taken place. The five stars that appear at the end of the webinar is insufficient information for feedback purposes. Thank you.

Hi Neill,

In your Notifications tab you can set an e-mail to be sent directly after (just as you do reminder mails before).
I usually also do a batch-redirect of the attendees to a Kartra page to give feedback.
