# Will there be changes to the system regarding dropping of dependents?

As I mentioned in my review, a huge issue we have is when employees drop a dependent, the info is not added to the form for the change, this has to be manually done. It only displays actual enrollment, which we cannot send to our carriers to update without the actual change that is being done. It has caused us issues in the past and is a liability for our company and forms processing team. will this be an update?

We currently have age determination rules that you can customize in each plan type which would allow you to choose at which age you would like the dependent(s) to drop off of a plan
