Yes, you can create templates that you can re-use when creating Tour Steps. That allows you to set different styles or basic configurations to enable you to create consistent Experiences. You can style these templates with custom CSS. You can also use variable custom CSS to automatically style a single Experience differently based on which users are viewing it. You may wish to do that to style Experiences based on the color scheme a customer (e.g. account) has for your product.
