# How does delivery work? Do store owners need to find their own drivers?

I am wondering what this would look like for our store.

We partner with 100k+ delivery drivers nationwide that will pick up the order from your store and deliver it directly to your customer (usually up to 20 miles from your store)! Our customer service team will also track and manage the deliveries, so you don’t have to worry about anything after you fulfill the order! If you’d like to do your own deliveries, that’s an option as well.
