I would personally feel much better going with a more well known and established document signing app. DocuSign is well established and bigger, they offer great tech support and on-line portal to track things. Not as familiar with Pandadoc. Also, many people use DocuSign - that will save you time explaining what it is and walking people through an unfamiliar process.

I never used Pandadoc. but I do like docusign and it is well known.
