It depends on your familiarity with project management practices, your team's expertise,  and the complexity of your projects.
Asana is a simple to-do list that is easy to use, but lack functionality, MS project is a fully functional project management app which is extremely hard to master.
There is a better choice which combines easy of use and functionality, the app is called binfire.com.  You can try it for free.
