# How do I view all votes for a job opening? How can I make so that I receive an email or notification whenever an applicant completes a questionnaire?

I cannot seem to find a button or an article about how to view all votes for new applicants. Due to this, I have to open every application just to check if there is a vote on whether to reject or let the candidate advance. I'm hoping this feature is available. If not, it would be great to have it available soon to make the process faster and easier.

Regarding the notification/email, I notice that whenever an applicant completes a questionnaire required for our hiring process, only the hiring manager receives it. I'm wondering if there is any way of receiving such notice as well without having to promote myself as a hiring manager or something.

The best way to view the votes and comments on a candidate is through the Candidate Quick Screen! The Quick Screen feature will help you review candidates faster. At this time, only the assigned Hiring Manager on a position will receive an email notification when a Candidate attached to their job has completed a Questionnaire. If you are a member of the Hiring Team, you will not receive email notification of completion, but you will still be able to access the Candidate's Questionnaire answers by navigating to their Candidate Profile!
