# What is the best way to get a better score and also how can we upload pictures in our emails?

My score is not so great and I would like to know how to improve it.  Can we get some more training via email on this?  Also I would love to be able to send pictures via the emails that are sent out to the prospects in the email platform and I would like to be able to customize them myself with out having to go through a third person.  Is this an available option?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to send pictures, I just have to email them through work email. LeaseHawk is frustrating in that way as well as not having prompts/reminders to follow up with people or to add notes.
