# How can you better use planable with Instagram

It seems like the Android submission app no longer works.  Instagram isn't core to our SM effort, so I've not pursued a fix--but it would be nice to have it working.

Hey there. I contacted support about this very issue. I had to delete my app cache and then delete the app entirely and then reinstall it. And then it worked like a dream.

Hi Kevin - not 100% sure what you mean but if you refer to our mobile app it's definitely up and running on both Android and iOS. Would be great if you could get in touch with our support and I'm sure we'll figure it out. Thanks!
