# How often is the information updated as far as mergers and divestitures ?

especially in energy, mergers and divestitures are very common and that the most difficult things to keep up to date on for me.

Hi Jake! We’re constantly updating our records as we get our information from over 40,000 sources including S&P, CapIQ, Equifax, and Thomson Reuters. These sources, among others, will have updates on mergers and divestitures. As each one of our sources provides an update, our records will also update in real time.
