# Horizonal lines

In older versions, this was easy to fine.  I want to add a horizontal line above and below selected text.  Where is that to be found now?

One way of doing this is:
insert/table/one cell only
go to table design/borders
select top border
select bottom border

then customize it any way you see fit.
