# Platfrom security

I watched a discussion on Al Jazeeera TV about security issues around Zoom which held back many users, is that issue deemed general about similar platforms?

Platform security is valuable because my students can have their digital identity protected with the system the platform has.

VEDAMO started as an online school, so the security was number one priority. You can lock your content, lock the access to the virtual classroom as well and a lot of security (GDPR, FERPA) settings.
