# Getting users to use the product

I am very curious how other administrators have managed to have their users fully commit to use confluence as their workspace and teamwork tool available to them.

Hi Diego, we integrate the use of Confluence for meetings so that members are constantly aware to document their progress on the same platform.  We also put documented processes on Confluence to make everyone aware of where to look for as a reference. I hope my answer helps.
