# 8x8 how to cancel an account ?

I got registered by mistake to 8x8 video conferencing with a monthly fee and I don't need it. I can't find how and where to cancel it.
In fact, it's written that you can cancel only by phone but the  phone number they give do not work (I'm calling from Belgium to I don't know which country !)

Can someone help me please ?

Hi there, in order to cancel your paid meetings subscription please go to this site: https://admin.8x8.vc/#/billing. Once on that page, select the "Downgrade to Free" button.
