# I'd love to hear what other people's favorite feature is.

My newest favorite feature is the "Schedule" button where I can schedule an email to be sent later. This helps with prospects on different time zones and more.  I'd love to hear what is your favorite feature so I can learn more cool tools that will help make my sales more efficient and effective.

One of my favorite features is the ability to make notes on multiple accounts/contacts rather than making notes on each account. I also like the ability to send a group email. Anything that allows me to complete multiple tasks all at once I am all for.
