Hi William, here's a response from our Customer Success Team. Please reach out to them directly at success@regroup.com if you'd like their help with implementing any of these options:

We have a variety of features both planned and in production that can enable you to automate the deleting of contacts. First, CSV/API Processing Styles allow for the automated deletion of contacts based on their exclusion from an import or through use of the ‘00000’ command in the GroupID Field.

In a future release, we will also introduce 'Floating Contacts' to automate the deletion of contacts who don't belong to groups at scheduled times. Regroup is also working to introduce a subscription policy to automatically reach out to people who have self-subscribed to your groups to confirm whether they want to remain subscribed on a preset schedule.
