# When will the import/export data to and from spreadsheet work?

I used several formats to import/export without success: CSV, XLS, XLSX, Google Sheets

I have imported from CSV several occasions in the past few months without issue.  If you click on your user/org settings menu in the app, there is a HELP button where you can submit formal bug reports and feature requests.

I did so and my problem was not solved. I just decided not to use import/export... it simply does not work
