Regarding your question, there are several ways to approach it.

Because with the functionality of pipeliner CRM " Associating and Consolidating Multiple Accounts ", if two separate entities exist separately without link in your database, it is possible to associate them under a single account.

After this association you can display all the relationships (contacts) of the two entities.

However, note also that a contact can be associated with several owner accounts

Yes, this can be done. If both administrators of two different pipeiner accounts are in agreement with regards to the exchange of contacts then it can be done.

In most cases the account owner ( sales manager/ boss) is also the company administrator and have the authority to appoint another administrator. The administrator have access to other CRM users in the company and retrieve any information needed.

Yes you can, if you are the administrator of the system. The administrator in your organization (probably your boss and/or IT department) decides what you can do with Pipeliner CRM. #Ease of customization
