# My Box Keeps Lighting Up

Has anyone any idea why, when I'm on Zoom, my box sometimes lights up even when I'm not speaking and there's no noise in the room? Is there anything I can do about this?

Your mic is picking up sound, perhaps from your keyboard or other things you may be doing on your desk. Using an external mic may help
