# will you have an on premise solution?

Some clients might want to have FW installed on their own servers, will this be possible in a near future? os that even something that you are looking for?

No, Freshservice is a Saas based application and we don't intend to make it on-premise in the future too.

No Sergio, we are purely a SAAS Application. But the Security concerns of On.Prem Apps are 100% resolved in Freshworks Ecosystem. As we are hosted on AWS with Top notch Security Controls. OnPrem Applications are risky, especially during these times when Cyber Security is a major concern. Look at recent Solarwinds hack on Govt websites, which were running On.prem applications. We should stay away from On.Prem
