# When i send an SMS via the web portal, I receive an email of the inbound message. Is there a way to reply from the email or my connected cell phone with the 800.com CLID? I have been hoping 800.com would be developing an app to accomplish this from a cell phone, but to date not so. One option which might work (I have looked into it briefly but not tried it yet) is to use a CLID spoofing service or app. While we all HATE number spoofing from spammers, the practice IS legal as long as you own both the calling number and the spoofed numbers. As for texting/SMS, you can go to the 800.com dashboard (save it as a desktop shortcut) and initiate a chat from there.
