# Where is the lasso tool in the iPad free edition?

I am a teacher, new to animation desk and desperately trying to long-distance tech my students about animation.Your tutorials are basically old and not good. They either do not have the newest version or, they don't show the steps necessary to find certain tools. You show the tools being used but where to find them.I have figured out a lot on my own but I need to show them how to copy and move objects on the frames. Could you please explain how to do this. I have now spent about 12 hours trying to find a way to teach this to my students tomorrow.

Hello, you can select the copy-paste tool in the toolbar at the bottom of the editing interface. Here is a tutorial post, https://support.kdanmobile.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000015753-Copy-and-Paste-Drawings-Across-Different-Frames

You can find other updated tutorials in the same forum too. Thanks for posting this question, feel free to drop us a message if you have any questions or suggestions.
