# How many of you conduct yourselves by a credo "that your word is your deed"? How many would like to rely on technology and the eSign law to make express understandings recorded on Zoom (using CertICall IP) as binding as written contracts?

Zoom built the  teleconferencing platform I could only dream of.  Layer on a little legal sophistication and tweak some of the settings and we can go back to doing business on the basis of trust, verbal communications, verified and enhanced by some low hanging fruit technology and know how associated with tools that can record, transcribe, translate and share actionable items.  CertiCall conceived of a integrated set of these enhancements, which would be accretive to Zoom and offered Zoom an exclusive license.  Eric Yuan politely declined to move our discussions forward.  I'm still oriented to giving Zoom an exclusive on some strategically significant patents that were issued to my team, now disbanded.
