# How can I prevent bots from filling out my forms?

The amount of spam that passes through the form is very annoying. I use the honeypot, reCaptcha and akismet, and it doesn't seem to help.

Enable a honeypot in the form settings.

I'd also recommend getting a license with Akismet, they do a great job of removing spam comments, trackbacks and form submissions.

We find this a consistent problem with our customer websites also. Typically we use a Google Capture that you can setup in Gravity Forms that in our experience, resolves this.
