# Is there a way to request new plugin options

Some third party options are expensive. Can we request that Gravity Forms make those?

My experience with Gravity is their support is solid and deep. I've had to seek assistance with complex operations between how Gravity interacts with Stripe via their Stripe Add-On. Some of these are well beyond what would be considered normal support yet they still rise to the occasion. That's another thing that in my opinion, raises them above their competition. I have a current add-on ask for ACH which others have also asked for. Gravity advised me they have added it to their list. That said, I suggest you don't expect new add-ons quickly. For ACH we manually code this in the meantime.
