# is there a software i can integrate with for diagnostic tools?

Is there a diagnostic tool software I can integrate like a process explorer or system explorer? Or is there an alternative to Techline that provides diagnostic tools and live chat and is reasonable?

I only use it independently.  I do include a link to the site from our web site for support.  We also install the unattended client on the users workstations for easier access.
