# Would you take an idea?

I've already gave this idea to Ahsan Parwez, to whom I've already written a couple article for the Cloudways Blog  (Implementing Redis Cache and Memberships Sites with Paid Memberships Pro), and I have a great idea for, at the same time:

- Reduce drastically Cloudways Support Tickets and Live Chats for basic platform use
- Stand from the other Hosting Companies by educating your customers and improving your market share

Please get in touch, I'm sure it will be a game-changer on the market!

This doesn't seem like it belongs here.  The recommendations are to broad and the people at Cloudways are already doing these things, infinitely.
