# Can I implement client support post order.

I need the ability to keep my clients in my system and talk with them after the sale is complete, I need to send them files and they reply to me, and I do not want to do this via email, I need a front end user interface for my clients, is this possible?

By going into a customer record in the Shopify backend, you simply click on the customer&#39;s email address and a modal box pop-up where you can send email to the customer. You cannot attach files, but if you use DropBox or other file sharing tool, it would be easy to paste in a sharable link. Which is preferred in fact so that the customer&#39;s email system won&#39;t reject an attachment for being too large or of a wrong type. The email you send through Shopify is recorded in the customer record, as well.
