# ¿Cómo podría mejorar el rendimiento del programa?

On certain occasions, it gets stuck or hangs, and I would like better performance.

I will answer this question with the best of my current understanding. If your GoogleDoc account isn't loading as quickly as you'd like, I would suggest checking the quality of your internet connection. If you are attempting to share a file and others are not receiving it, I myself have found it sometimes difficult to navigate to shared files. If you have already accessed the "Shared Drives" and "Shared with Me" tabs at the left of your screen in GoogleDrive and used the search bar at the top, I have two suggestions. You may be able to find files through your email. OR You may be able to find files directly through Docs. I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any more questions.
